These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and rajbet ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of rajbet's online casino, sports betting, and instant gaming services at rajbet.lat. Settled bets are final unless rajbet identifies a clear error.

1.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rajbet. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease all use of the rajbet platform and close your account by contacting rajbet support.

Duplicate accounts, whether registered under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method, are strictly prohibited. rajbet employs automated systems to detect multi-accounting. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended, any balances will be forfeited, and all accrued bonuses will be voided.
3.2 You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You must promptly update your rajbet account details if any registered information changes. rajbet is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Your rajbet account is personal to you. You must not transfer, sell, share, or allow any other person to use your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including activity arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 rajbet accounts are non-transferable. Account balances, bonus credits, VIP points, and any other account-associated assets cannot be transferred to another player, converted to cash outside of the standard withdrawal process, or sold to any third party.
4.1 In accordance with international gaming license obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) standards, rajbet is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals above a defined threshold, and may request verification at any time during the account lifecycle.

Currently supported methods for Pakistani players include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast/1LINK, and approved cryptocurrency channels (USDT TRC20). 5.2 Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Standard processing times are as follows:

5.3 rajbet does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees independent of rajbet. These are beyond rajbet's control and are not rajbet's responsibility.
5.4 All funds deposited to rajbet must be from payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is detected, rajbet reserves the right to suspend the account, return the funds to the original source, and void any bets or winnings funded by the deposit.
5.5 rajbet maintains a policy of returning funds via the same payment method used for deposit ("return to source"). Withdrawals to a different payment method than the one used for deposit require additional verification and may extend processing times.
6.1 All rajbet bonuses and promotional offers are governed by these Terms and by any additional specific terms applicable to the individual offer, which will be displayed alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that individual offer.
6.2 rajbet bonuses are granted as bonus credits, not as real money. Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus credits may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
6.3 Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless stated otherwise. For example, a 30× wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires the player to wager PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
6.4 rajbet reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus offer or promotion at any time, including in cases where:

7.2 Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by rajbet's systems, it cannot be cancelled by the player. Confirmed bets are final and binding, subject to the exceptions set out in Clause 7.4 below.
7.3 rajbet reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time without prior notice — including during live in-play events — where circumstances affecting the integrity of the event or the accuracy of odds are identified.

7.5 Cricket betting rules on rajbet follow international cricket match regulations. For PSL matches, ICC events, and bilateral series involving Pakistan, specific rules regarding Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, match abbreviation, and weather interruptions are set out in the Cricket Betting Rules section of the platform.
8.1 All casino games available on the rajbet platform — including but not limited to live dealer games, slots, table games, and instant games (Mines, Lucky Dice) — are operated by licensed third-party game studios. Each game is subject to the individual rules of that game as implemented by the respective provider.
8.2 rajbet's RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games are independently certified for fairness by internationally recognized testing laboratories. Certification details are available within each game's information panel. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
8.3 Instant games (Mines, Lucky Dice) offered on rajbet use a Provably Fair system. The cryptographic hash of each game result is published prior to the round commencing, allowing players to independently verify outcomes post-round.
8.4 In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game session or instant game round, rajbet's systems will attempt to complete the round in accordance with the game's internal logic. Where this is not possible, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance. rajbet is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by the player's internet service provider, device failure, or conditions beyond rajbet's reasonable control.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rajbet platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

10.3 You may close your rajbet account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance in your account will be processed for return to your registered payment method, subject to any pending KYC requirements and applicable wagering conditions on bonus funds.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rajbet platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any rajbet platform content.
12.3 Any unauthorized use of rajbet's intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action. rajbet actively monitors for unauthorized reproduction of its brand, content, or platform features.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rajbet shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the rajbet platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, lost winnings, data loss, or service interruptions.
13.2 rajbet makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free of viruses. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rajbet will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
13.3 rajbet is not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, regulatory actions, natural disasters, or force majeure events affecting rajbet's ability to provide services.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rajbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by rajbet's negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14.1 rajbet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at rajbet.lat/privacy-policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
14.2 rajbet processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, customer support, and where separately consented to, marketing communications. rajbet does not sell personal data to third parties.
14.3 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by rajbet, subject to regulatory retention requirements. Data requests should be submitted to the rajbet data protection contact via the support email on the rajbet platform.
15.1 rajbet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on the rajbet platform with the updated effective date. 15.2 Your continued use of the rajbet platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
16.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rajbet holds its gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory body under rajbet's gaming license.

16.3 These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws applicable to you that cannot be waived by contract.
